Controller

Resevu ("we") acts as the data controller for personal data processed in our booking software.

Data We Process

  • Account data (name, email, password hash)
  • Tenant/salon data (name, address, logo)
  • Booking data (appointment details, staff, times)
  • Payment status and references (via Mollie; we do not store card data)
  • Logs and usage data (device, browser, IP, timestamps)

Purposes

  • Providing our services (managing bookings and payments)
  • Customer support and communication
  • Security, abuse prevention, and performance improvements
  • Legal obligations (billing, tax retention)

Legal Basis

We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interest, and/or consent where required.

Retention

We retain personal data no longer than necessary. Legal requirements (e.g., accounting) may require longer retention.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (such as access controls, encryption where feasible, and backups). However, no system is 100% secure on the internet. Despite reasonable efforts, incidents caused by malicious actors can occur; we cannot be held liable for data loss or breaches resulting from such unlawful acts. We continuously improve our security.

Sharing with Third Parties

We share data only with processors necessary for our service (e.g., hosting, email, payments via Mollie) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not provide it to third parties for their own purposes.

We use functional cookies for sessions and security, and possibly analytics cookies to improve our service. Where required, we ask for consent.
